Door to Door

Our doorstep agents operate in a lead generation capacity using state of the art territory management and sales presentation software that allows us to both target areas of interest to clients and also protect customers from repeat visits.  All agents are GPS tracked in real time, wear full client uniform or DWM uniform depending on the needs of the campaign. All leads are then called by our in house sales verification teams working with scripts agreed in conjunction with clients on recorded lines.

Only those leads that pass sales verification are then passed to clients as new customers with full transparency of the sales journey and verification call available at all times. Any leads that don’t pass verification are handed to our fulltime compliance and quality assurance team to allow for continued development and improvement of lead generating teams.

Venues

Our venues teams occupy premium sites in main shopping centres and national supermarkets with fully branded uniform, stands and equipment giving potential customers the opportunity to stop and discuss interests and needs at their own pace and providing a visual advertisement  to all passers by of the client’s brand and key messaging. All sales are processed using our sales presentation software, which produces accurate, realtime quotes for the protection of both the client and consumer. Agents are GPS tracked to maximise productivity.

Tele-sales

Outbound and Inbound telesales teams with a successful track record of running campaigns for between 2 and 40 FTE. Our telesales operation is based in our 50 seat call centre in Birmingham. We also have a regional network of contractors which we utilise for overflow activity. We use market leading diallers, which increase productivity while reducing drop call rates. Our inhouse training and compliance team ensure the highest quality assurance standards. Our sales staff are highly skilled and well rewarded, leading to a culture of low headcount churn.
